We are now able to offer you a service that I wish I that in years gone by, that is to have a reliable and trustworthy persons who are experienced in the hospitality industry to look after your establishment when the need arises.
These are the occasion that we can be of help to you:

We have had our own hotel for 21 years with 23 Super luxury bedrooms, dinning room set for 123 person, silver service, a bar and controlling a staff of 30 persons. Now we are retired and therefore able to offer our services at a most reasonable rate to care for your business in time of your absence.
You are well aware that the name of the game in all business is to maintained continuity and by closing up over your annual break you lose all future business from disappointed clients. It is our aim to keep the doors open so that you will come back from your break with your Bed & Breakfast establishment running at full speed.
We will welcome any guests that are due to arrive while you are away, will take booking according to your policy, prepare breakfast for the guests according to your menu, make any essential purchases that are required, keep full account records, bank all cash received, see to any maintenance problems that may happen (you know leaking pipes,etc) and ensure the guests needs are fully taken care of and that they enjoyed their stay over.
What we will not do is room cleaning, house work, laundry and garden maintenance. How ever we will supervise all of this work to ensure that the establishment is well presented at all times.
Our tariff is very reasonable and has been calculated to comply with the Bed & Breakfast industry. And then you also receive FREE of charge house sitting for this period!
All negotiation will be conduct on a face to face basis so that we understand each other.
